Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the enhancement of store service levels using customer survey and mystery shopping program scores as key performance indicators
- Analyze results from service assessments and formulate concrete action plans for implementation across retail locations
- Translate and localize store guidelines from headquarters to suit the Japanese market context
