Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Excellence team in delivering operational support and programmes for Louis Vuitton stores worldwide.
- Participate in and help drive retail projects impacting the customer experience and store performance, including performance-tracking tools, commissions, client services and uniform programmes.
- Analyse store performance data, contribute to reporting and identify opportunities to implement new tools and best practices to elevate customer experience and sales team performance.
- Collaborate transversally with zones and internal stakeholders (Client Development, IS, Merchandising) to collect best practices and accompany change.
- Prepare communications and follow-up materials for zone rollouts, trainings and project updates.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (business school, communications or equivalent university programme).
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail and boutique operations.
- Rigour, dynamism and strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical capability and aptitude for synthesis.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.

Entry-level/apprenticeship: open to candidates without prior professional experience; prior retail sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
Education
Master's level (M1/M2) in business, communications or equivalent university programme.
