Louis Vuitton seeks Retail Director for France & Monaco. Lead store portfolio, manage operations, drive client experience, and mentor managers. Luxury retail experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and analyse in-depth store performance, optimising brand perception, communication, and commercial results through visual merchandising and exceptional client experience to achieve business objectives
  • Manage store profit and loss accounts alongside projects and events
  • Define sales forecasts and commercial targets, piloting revenue performance across the portfolio
  • Design and deploy action plans in collaboration with Clienteling and Merchandising teams to develop sales and services by product category, location, and client typology
  • Actively contribute to animating and strengthening the community of store managers
  • Supervise in-store operations and back-office procedures, ensuring alignment with head office directives and local requirements
  • Identify efficiency levers and develop synergies between stores to guarantee optimal operational excellence
  • Define client service objectives and foster a customer-centric culture, with regular evaluation through internal programmes
  • Actively support recruitment and retention of new clients, identify target clientele, and strengthen brand loyalty through clienteling actions, events, and dedicated initiatives
  • Lead oversight of key performance indicators including client recruitment, retention, performance metrics, and quality standards
  • Coach and develop a dedicated portfolio of store managers through regular field presence and mentorship
  • Manage deployment and monitoring of projects including store openings, pop-ups, and pop-in concepts
  • Coordinate cross-functional departments involved in store projects: Store Planning, Finance, Retail Performance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Human Resources
  • Lead transversal projects focused on organisational optimisation, client experience, tools, and change management
