Role & Responsibilities
- Rotate through client experience and retail excellence operations across multiple store locations to develop expertise in luxury retail service standards
- Gain exposure to head office functions and cross-functional retail operations to understand strategic retail planning and execution
- Participate in team management and leadership assignments to build hands-on experience in staff supervision and people development
- Develop clienteling and customer relationship management practices in alignment with Louis Vuitton's service philosophy
- Contribute to merchandising, visual display, and in-store experience initiatives under senior mentorship
- Engage in collaborative projects with cross-functional teams to strengthen networking and organizational awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a service-oriented environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Valid work authorization in Austria
- Availability to commence in October or November 2026
