Role & Responsibilities
- Foster a coaching culture in-store by observing customer interactions and guiding team members toward their own solutions for improvement
- Support boutique teams in developing individual coaching plans and enhance sales techniques through 'coaching the coach' methodologies
- Provide continuous feedback to boutique management and HR on team member performance and progression
- Leverage customer experience indicators to coach individuals and assist boutiques in addressing performance gaps
- Lead key learning initiatives such as customer experience through active, sustained in-store coaching that reinforces floor focus and positive recognition
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to facilitate product training for boutique staff, developing sales skills to build outfits and optimize add-on sales through role-plays and floor coaching
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions covering new employee onboarding, product knowledge, and customer relationship best practices in both in-person and remote formats
- Ensure boutique management has full visibility into learning activities and priorities, with recommendations as needed
- Monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training through regular follow-up in partnership with boutique management, maintaining active floor presence to observe implementation and ensure content retention
- Guarantee recording and documentation of all training initiatives
- Facilitate and ensure consistent onboarding of new employees in collaboration with HR
- Provide regular feedback to new hires, their managers, and HR on progress during the integration period
- Act as a platform for sharing experiences and best practices between boutiques regarding coaching initiatives and programmes
- Model exemplary personalized customer service, adherence to company policies, and presentation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and/or coaching, demonstrating aptitude for learning and skills development
- Strong active listening skills with genuine curiosity and empathy
- Autonomous and highly motivated, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
- Proven influence and motivation skills
- Commercial acumen and proven aptitude for learning and coaching
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
