Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Clienteling Assistant for a one-year alternance role in Paris, supporting clienteling strategy implementation across retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-production testing of new seller application features to ensure optimal functionality and performance
  • Coordinate feature launches with regional stakeholders and distribute comprehensive documentation to zone contacts
  • Create in-app training content in English and coordinate translations with regional teams for seller enablement
  • Partner with Retail Learning to develop and refine the integrated clienteling training programme
  • Analyze application usage data to identify user pain points and measure adoption of new features
  • Formulate data-driven recommendations for future product enhancements and targeted training initiatives
  • Participate in monthly clienteling strategy meetings and contribute to best-practice sharing across the retail network
  • Disseminate clienteling guidelines, training documents, and operational tools to store teams
  • Support in-store strategy implementation through creation of tailored tools, resources, and recommendations for field teams
  • Drive client data analysis in collaboration with Data and CRM teams to identify performance drivers and propose targeted actions
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking on clienteling best practices within luxury and retail sectors
  • Contribute to performance dashboards and consolidated reporting to inform strategic decision-making

Qualifications

  • Master's 1 or 2 student in a grande école de commerce or equivalent university programme
  • Ideally, prior experience in similar retail or clienteling-focused functions
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury and fashion industry dynamics
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
