Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client-centric service and execute floor-based selling strategies aligned with Louis Vuitton standards
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability in response to evolving store priorities and client needs
- Support team members through collaborative engagement and contribute to a culture of development
- Manage day-to-day floor operations and visual merchandising presentations
- Drive business results through a combination of sales excellence and service leadership
- Participate in rotational assignments across multiple retail locations and corporate functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service roles
- Fashion-forward sensibility with demonstrated passion for the luxury goods industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- Eligible to work in Mexico and available for full-time, on-site commitment for 24 months
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional presentation
