Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage store traffic, coordinating waiting areas and appointment flow.
- Provide sales-support activities such as gift-wrapping and ancillary service tasks.
- Assist sales colleagues with merchandise presentation, replenishment and transaction processing.
- Attend to clients during waiting periods, offering hospitality and maintaining communication.
- Support the sales process as directed by the store team, including basic selling activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, tourism or hotel service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Polished interpersonal skills and sensitivity to a high-end clientele.
- Professional appearance, confident manners and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Very good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
