Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Repairs Specialist in Dubai to deliver high-quality repair services on luxury goods within its Care Services Team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on leather goods, accessories, watches, and jewelry with precision and excellence
- Manage engraving, hot stamping, and repair tracking systems
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate orders with Paris when required
- Ensure quality standards, prioritize repair workflows, and meet lead time commitments
- Communicate proactively with retail stores regarding repair status and delays
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for after-sales service delivery
- Embody Louis Vuitton's values of craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork in all aspects of the role
Qualifications
- Technical background in repairs or artisanal craftsmanship
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated strong quality focus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
