Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regional Visual Merchandising Director and Merchandising teams to develop strategic insights, refine key priorities, and drive commercial performance across the region
- Lead regional visual merchandising events and activations in partnership with the Regional VM Director, ensuring consistent in-store execution aligned with luxury brand standards
- Provide clear direction and ongoing support to regional VM teams, maintaining elevated luxury environment standards in strict alignment with Maison guidelines
- Cultivate a strong visual merchandising culture through continuous coaching and mentoring to sustain daily visual excellence across all locations
- Coach and mentor direct reports in visual merchandising techniques, emerging trends, and industry best practices
- Identify team member strengths and development opportunities, creating career progression plans that support talent growth
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and recognize achievements to build a high-performing team
- Foster a supportive and empowering environment that encourages innovation, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning within the visual merchandising function
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience overseeing visual merchandising execution across multiple locations or at a regional level
