Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams to translate brand strategy into regional store initiatives and drive commercial performance.
  • Lead regional visual merchandising events, activations and seasonal rollouts in collaboration with the Corporate VM Director to ensure strong, consistent in‑store impact.
  • Provide clear direction, ongoing coaching and performance management to regional VM teams to maintain Maison standards and daily visual excellence across all locations.
  • Ensure flawless implementation of brand visual standards and luxury environment guidelines, auditing stores and delivering corrective action where required.
  • Develop and deliver training and best‑practice toolkits to sustain a high calibre visual merchandising culture and improve store KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, retail or fashion, including leadership responsibility across multiple stores or at a regional level.
  • Proven record of delivering high‑impact visual strategies that drive commercial results and elevate the client experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional teams (merchandising, store operations, marketing) and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organisational, project management and communication skills, with experience managing events and in‑store activations.
  • Strong coaching and people‑development skills with experience leading regional teams to consistent execution.

Experience
