Louis Vuitton hiring Regional Safety and Security Manager in Paris, France. Lead security operations for France and Monaco.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate regional security programs, including physical security, investigations, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention
- Ensure full compliance of security programs with applicable regulatory requirements
- Serve as primary security contact for events within the region (pop-ups, resorts), coordinating and managing external security partners
- Act as principal point of contact for incidents, emergencies, and crises affecting the region
- Lead and supervise security risk and threat assessments, preparing detailed reports for regional stores
- Collect and analyze incident reports to propose effective mitigation measures and prevent recurring issues
- Contribute to physical security design for stores, including new openings, renovations, and expansions
- Develop and establish regional security rules and procedures as needed
- Initiate and facilitate improvements to regional security services through effective communication, training, interdisciplinary collaboration, and problem-solving
- Develop and manage all security-related training programs for the region in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Support and mentor national security points of contact to lead deployment and execution of security programs, reducing liability exposure and financial losses
- Solicit, review, and approve national security management plans and emergency action plans annually and as required
- Monitor intelligence sources and disseminate security alerts and warnings to country and project leadership, security management teams, and travelers
- Comply with all applicable local legislation, regulatory agency standards, and accreditation requirements within the region
- Maintain strong working relationships with local and international government agencies to implement regional security strategies and procedures
- Monitor and manage security provider performance through rigorous KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security, preferably acquired in luxury retail
- Strong knowledge of physical security, event management, investigations, and loss prevention
- Proven experience in risk management and implementing security strategies, policies, procedures, and standards
- Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to lead both short- and long-term projects with cross-functional stakes
- Capacity to develop, deliver, and evaluate security training programs
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Criminal Justice, Internal Security, Security Administration, or a related field (Master's degree in a similar field would be advantageous)
- Fluent French and English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time

Education
