Louis Vuitton Regional Retail Learning Manager position in Madrid, Spain. Lead Mediterranean retail training strategy and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training initiatives focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client care tailored to Mediterranean regional requirements
- Define content strategies aligned with regional objectives, ensuring training materials are pertinent, engaging, and effective
- Strategize and coordinate regional training sessions, establishing calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Execute deployment strategies, considering Mediterranean nuances and cultural sensitivities to optimize training effectiveness
- Analyze data to evaluate employee development and overall business success, making adjustments as necessary
