Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training initiatives focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client care tailored to Mediterranean regional requirements
  • Define content strategies aligned with regional objectives, ensuring training materials are pertinent, engaging, and effective
  • Strategize and coordinate regional training sessions, establishing calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery
