Louis Vuitton is hiring a Regional Retail Learning Manager in King of Prussia, PA to lead retail L&D and leadership development across the Mid‑Atlantic region.

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and deliver a structured retail learning and development programme for the Mid‑Atlantic (DC metro / Philadelphia) and Midwest regions, including regional and in‑store inductions, formal training modules, and individual development plans.
- Design and facilitate classroom and experiential learning, integrating on‑the‑job coaching and follow‑up to ensure applied learning and behavioural change.
- Coach and mentor Store and Team Managers to develop leadership capabilities that translate into consistent service excellence and elevated client experiences.
- Conduct observations and skills assessments in stores; provide actionable feedback and create targeted interventions to improve selling skills and client engagement.
- Partner with regional leadership to align learning initiatives to business objectives, monitor programme effectiveness, and adapt content to local needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail learning & development, retail operations, or leadership development within a client‑centric environment; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to design and deliver adult learning programmes, including classroom facilitation and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Demonstrated strength in coaching managers, driving behavioural change, and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior leaders and diverse store teams.
- Willingness and ability to work on‑site in the King of Prussia (Philadelphia area) boutique and travel throughout the assigned region as required.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail learning & development, retail operations, or people leadership; prior experience in luxury retail or client‑centric environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 150,000 per annum.
