Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive learning and development program for retail stores.
- Align learning initiatives with business objectives and address evolving needs of retail teams.
- Cultivate leadership skills of Store and Team Managers through consistent follow-up and on-the-job coaching.
- Ensure stores deliver service excellence and an elevated client experience.
- Demonstrate floor management strategies and on-floor leadership.
- Organize strategic onboarding and drive excellent service performance through effective training.
- Provide direct coaching and feedback to enhance performance and address opportunities promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business.

Compensation
