Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational performance across all stores, including inventory flows and accuracy, team productivity, and stock organization through hands-on coaching and retail partnerships
  • Leverage and maintain Ops On Demand to conduct training activities, ensuring operational knowledge and continuous coaching to support service excellence across all team members
  • Analyze individual store stock productivity and optimize operations including scheduling, timely deliveries, and team organization to deliver exceptional client experience both front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Identify innovative action plans to minimize operating costs and operational risks while maintaining budget adherence
  • Foster operational excellence mindset and community among teams throughout the region
  • Lead region and individual store inventory accuracy and integrity initiatives through analysis and strategic planning
  • Drive audit compliance with the Internal Control team on consignment, compliance procedures, and cash reconciliation
  • Lead efficient product flow logistics including store openings, pop-ups, delivery schedules, and pullbacks in partnership with Supply Chain and Logistics teams
  • Follow up on RSV orders and Click & Collect operations to enhance client experience
  • Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance on new openings, renovations, and repair workflows
  • Drive implementation of new operational tools and resolve store-specific operational issues

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive operations experience in retail or hospitality
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, inventory management, and compliance
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build operational culture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
  • Experience with retail management systems and operational tools

Experience
