Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Retail Excellence programs for store leaders, including SMIP, LPCR, SLE, and FL Leadership.
  • Ensure the cascading of National Learning programs such as DTP, CE, and Clienteling.
  • Accelerate the growth and development of In-Store Learning Partners.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to store leaders based on leadership profiles.
  • Lead a culture of in-store coaching and learning.
  • Develop coaching capabilities among store leadership teams.
  • Promote best practices and case sharing with In-Store Learning Partners.
  • Ensure client experience is central to all activities and use feedback mechanisms like Mystery Shopping to drive improvements.
  • Support stores in identifying issues, gathering data, and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure consistent onboarding and development plans for new employees.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury, retail, or related industries as a Training Manager or Field Coach.
  • Experience in retail management is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Skills

Critical thinking and facilitation skills. Ability to design and execute successful training programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Influencing and motivating others. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in luxury, retail, or related industries, preferably in a training or coaching capacity.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above.
