Louis Vuitton seeks Regional Events Manager in San Francisco. Lead luxury event strategy, client engagement, and brand experiences. USD $120K–$150K + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with store teams, regional leadership, and corporate Client Relations to develop and execute impactful event strategies that elevate the Louis Vuitton brand
- Lead end-to-end event management, from concept creation and creative storytelling to on-site execution and delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with external partners to deliver high-quality results while maintaining budget oversight
- Create elevated and memorable client experiences through innovative event design, personalized touches, and luxury-focused storytelling
- Organize and oversee multiple concurrent projects while managing strict deadlines and maintaining premium standards
- Analyze event performance metrics, provide comprehensive post-event reporting, and leverage insights to optimize future initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic event planning and execution, ideally in a luxury or client-centric environment
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in direct client engagement with ability to represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity
- Deep understanding of luxury clientele, market trends, and event-driven client development strategies
