Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional teams to achieve sales targets across high-end product categories while ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Work with Store Leaders and Client Relations & Development teams on client retention and development strategies, identifying and recruiting high-potential prospects.
- Monitor business goals per high-end category and develop action plans with local RVP and store leadership to maximize opportunities.
- Create occasions to engage top clients through boutique events to drive sales and increase brand loyalty.
- Develop a sustainable network of high-net-worth clients for the business.
- Meet and exceed regional and store high-end targets in collaboration with store, regional, and zone partners.
- Identify development and learning opportunities for the team, partnering with the Retail Learning team to create impactful learning moments.
- Explore opportunities outside the business to grow the store's network of VIP clients and identify best practices from the luxury industry.
- Provide recaps and follow-ups with management after market visits, ensuring timely and effective action on feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in client relations management within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in client relations management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
Compensation
Salary range of USD $120,000 - USD $150,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
