Louis Vuitton in Guangzhou seeks a Regional Client Development Intern to support clienteling, in‑store animation, events and CRM (internship, on site).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a close partner to regional retail and client development teams to elevate in‑store animation and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Analyse and map each store's client base to inform tailored engagement formats and activation strategies.
- Support the planning, coordination and on‑site execution of exclusive and high‑end regional events.
- Collect and synthesise post‑event feedback to iterate formats and improve the quality of future animations.
- Support rollout of clienteling initiatives and regional projects that enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Assist with CRM tools training, dashboard diagnosis and adoption across the region.
- Deliver training support for retail teams on luxury lifestyle client engagement beyond product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Availability a minimum of three work days per week and commitment for at least six months.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in PPT and Excel preferred.
- Strong emotional intelligence, client sensitivity and genuine curiosity.
- Resilience, agility and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to work on site in Guangzhou.

Entry‑level internship: no specific prior professional experience required. Prior exposure to luxury retail, clienteling, events or CRM projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or a related discipline.
