Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment campaign for internships and apprenticeships: publish job postings, pre-qualify candidates, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate processes with hiring teams.
- Manage administrative HR files for recruited candidates, ensuring contract and personnel documentation are complete and compliant.
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires and monitor integration throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Assist with internal communication for the HR team and represent the recruitment service at schools and partner events (forums, conferences, career days).
- Contribute to local recruitment logistics and candidate experience improvements in close collaboration with the Atelier HR team.
Qualifications
- Currently preparing a Bac+3 (Bachelor) or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational autonomy, creativity and attention to detail; able to manage multiple administrative tasks reliably.
- Positive attitude, perseverance and a proactive, service-oriented approach to candidate and stakeholder interactions.
- Comfortable with IT tools: Pack Office and business applications; quick to learn HR information systems.
