Louis Vuitton seeks Real-Time Analyst in Irving, TX to manage workforce operations and optimize call center performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and provide advanced reporting and dashboards for leadership, leveraging historical data and forecasting results
- Manage and monitor intraday queue performance and schedule adherence; coordinate appropriate staffing allocation to achieve service level objectives
- Prepare staff activity schedules to match forecasted call and chat volume; partner with managers for coaching and training
- Participate in building forecasts (budgets, monthly sales estimates, and KPIs) with Client Experience teams; adjust intraday forecasts based on business drivers
- Provide necessary data for creating and delivering weekly and monthly reporting on variance to budget and performance to key stakeholders
- Monitor call handling and chat activities to ensure adherence to schedules and accurate activity entries within scheduling systems
- Provide consistent feedback to workforce management leadership through proactive monitoring of key Client Service Center performance issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of contact center experience in a multichannel call center environment
- Minimum 1–2 years of WFM experience using various workforce management software in a multichannel call center environment
- Proficiency with pivot tables, data sorting, and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in an aggressive deadline environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and react quickly to a rapidly changing call center environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of contact center operations experience in a multichannel environment, with at least 1–2 years dedicated to workforce management functions. Demonstrated experience managing real-time queue operations, creating forecasts, and utilizing workforce management software is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in workforce management or contact center operations is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Irving, Texas, USA, with easy access to Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 30 per hour.
