Role & Responsibilities
- Gain foundational experience in real estate portfolio management, including tracking critical dates and understanding lease cycles
- Support real estate transactions and learn the essential steps involved in property acquisition within a corporate setting
- Contribute to the creation of key Real Estate department materials and presentations, collaborating with Store Planning for Store Committee reviews
- Prepare executive summaries for corporate travel initiatives
- Master data input and management techniques crucial for maintaining accurate real estate records
- Assist in coordinating vital real estate documentation, filing, and transactions for Louis Vuitton Americas' retail network
- Communicate and partner cross-functionally with various retail stakeholders on real estate projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, urban planning, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
