Louis Vuitton Ready-to-Wear Stylist in Milan — senior full-time role coaching teams and driving RTW client growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive regional RTW commercial targets by elevating full-silhouette selling and increasing conversion at point of sale.
- Coach and upskill in-store selling teams on styling techniques, product knowledge and the Louis Vuitton aesthetic to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with store leadership, Merchandising and Client Development to define client recruitment and retention strategies informed by styling-led engagement.
- Create bespoke looks and nurture high-value clients through personalised outreach and relationship building.
- Support collection launches, training sessions and event styling to translate product narratives into compelling in-store presentations.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to inform styling initiatives and evolve client engagement tactics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in luxury fashion, styling or closely related roles across multiple product categories.
- Proven track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Excellent verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to inspire selling teams and senior stakeholders.
- Refined fashion sensibility and strong judgement, discretion and professionalism when working with high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising and Client Development teams.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury fashion or styling roles, with demonstrable success in client development, coaching retail teams and driving RTW commercial results.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Visual Arts or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury styling will be accepted.
