Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and facilitate training and coaching programmes with retail teams and internal departments in partnership with the Senior Quality Manager
  • Enforce New Product Alert system with stores to ensure timely receipt of product information and enable rapid response to quality issues
  • Analyze and report on defective repairs and returns trends to develop action plans and proactively resolve product defects
  • Lead regular visits to and from LVUSM to discuss quality issues, share client stories, and align on strategic improvements
  • Provide daily support to Store Support, Digital Care Services, intake team, and Regional Quality Correspondents through coaching and quality guidelines review
  • Monitor quality returns (DEF and FOC figures), identify trends, and generate corresponding action plans
  • Facilitate quality checks of products in Distribution Centers as needed
  • Design and deliver training and communication campaign materials to support elevated client experience
  • Create internal partnerships within retail groups to identify and address quality trends
  • Manage and facilitate training sessions, developing training materials and standard operating procedures as required
  • Host daily communication with Central Quality team to ensure awareness of all issues
  • Provide monthly updates to LVA and Central on quality actions and progress
  • Initiate and manage ad hoc projects related to business needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance, product quality, or retail operations
  • Strong training and coaching capabilities with experience developing and delivering training programmes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to analyze quality data and identify actionable trends
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and fostering partnerships across departments

Experience
