Role & Responsibilities
- Support the workshop quality team across the entire manufacturing chain, focusing on material quality and production processes.
- Identify, document and monitor recurring quality issues within the atelier and implement appropriate problem‑solving tools.
- Perform material inspections and assist with quality control checks in the workshop.
- Coordinate project‑specific follow‑ups with suppliers and collaborate with Purchasing and Procurement on material quality matters.
- Analyse material rejects and follow through on corrective and continuous improvement actions in the atelier.
- Track and manage client repair workflows and communicate resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering programme or equivalent degree.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
- Curious, adaptable and methodical with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
