Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update and analyse product quality indicators for Small Leather Goods (SLG) and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and implement corrective and preventive actions with the internal quality team and external manufacturing sites.
  • Drive cross-site continuous improvement initiatives across SLG production workshops.
  • Manage internal quality communication and dissemination of best practices.
  • Ensure quality considerations are integrated early in product development (from marketing brief through to sales): collect workshop risk analyses, verify technical files and track corrective actions.
  • Contribute to product repairability and eco-design objectives and monitor related topics.
  • Analyse user tests and translate results into concrete quality actions.
  • Document and capitalise best practices into a formal guide for the competence pole.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent (Bac+4 / Bac+5) at the time of the internship.
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to leather goods, product quality and materials.
  • Project‑management mindset with strong prioritisation and analytical skills.
  • Curious, adaptable and comfortable working collaboratively across design, development and production teams.
