Role & Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the internal Quality system and production workflows.
- Maintain and monitor quality performance indicators (internal and client-facing) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate and communicate transversal quality projects with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Client Services).
- Contribute to the management and resolution of quality incidents (internal and client) through root‑cause analysis.
- Apply problem‑solving methodologies (QQOQCCP, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) to propose and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school, business school or equivalent; preparing a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
- Methodical with strong synthesis skills and the ability to work autonomously on the shop floor with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and familiarity with standard quality methodologies and tools.
- Strong teamwork orientation, client service mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability objectives.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level: suitable for students or recent graduates preparing a Bac+4/5. Prior internships or project experience in quality, manufacturing or process improvement are advantageous but not required.
Education
Pursuing Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent.
Workplace
