Role & Responsibilities
- Perform and lead finished‑product inspections to ensure compliance with Louis Vuitton quality standards.
- Monitor and contribute to control of critical production processes; update and maintain on‑line process documentation.
- Conduct debriefing sessions with maroquiniers after internal and client non‑conformities using analysis reports and dedicated quality tools.
- Design and deliver quality awareness and training activities to raise team standards and sustain continuous improvement.
- Support corrective action and preventive measures through root‑cause analysis and follow‑up with production teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering programme or equivalent vocational training, ideally specialising in leather, materials, industrial quality or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail and methodical approach to quality assessment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with production teams and to lead short training or debrief sessions.
- Capacity to work full‑time on site in Vendôme and to commit to an alternating apprenticeship/professionalisation contract.
Skills
Experience
Open to beginners and students; prior academic or internship exposure to quality methods or leather production is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent programme (specialisation in leather, materials, industrial engineering, quality management or similar).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vendôme, Centre-Val de Loire, France, with easy access to Tours.
