Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
  • Update and manage internal and client quality indicators.
  • Facilitate and communicate cross-functional projects.
  • Coordinate internal quality activities.
  • Monitor and address quality issues, both internal and client-related.
  • Implement problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, etc.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an Engineering or Business School, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

Skills

Methodical approach and strong analytical skills. Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. High level of autonomy, rigor, and initiative. Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methodologies. Dynamic team player with a strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint, is advantageous.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a focus on Production Management, Continuous Improvement, and Quality.
