Role & Responsibilities
- Perform and lead finished‑product inspections in accordance with Louis Vuitton quality standards and acceptance criteria.
- Support control and mastery of critical production processes and maintain and update on‑line process documentation.
- Investigate internal and customer non‑conformities, conduct debrief sessions with maroquiniers using analysis sheets and structured quality tools.
- Design and deliver quality awareness activities and on‑line animations to sustain a high level of product and process quality.
- Contribute to corrective and preventive actions, document findings and follow up on implementation with production teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor quality KPIs.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an engineering program or equivalent qualification, specialised in leather technology, materials science, industrial quality or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical rigor and methodical approach to problem solving and root‑cause analysis.
- Ability to work directly on the production floor and to communicate clearly with artisans and production staff.
- Autonomy, curiosity and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and quality coaching.
- Availability to work full time on site in Vendôme; apprenticeship/apprentissage or professionalisation contract beginning September 2026.

Experience
Entry‑level. Suitable for a candidate with little to no professional experience seeking an apprenticeship; prior exposure to leather goods manufacturing or production environments is an advantage but not required.
Education
Student in an engineering school or equivalent vocational/technical training, specialising in leather, materials, industrial quality or a related field.
