Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate at the interface between central product development teams and ateliers to animate the quality system and ensure adherence to design best practices and the design guide.
  • Prepare and deliver loading kits for all new shapes and support their integration in development workflows.
  • Define, share and monitor the product validation plan to anticipate and control risks in coordination with upstream and downstream teams.
  • Coordinate and manage upstream testing campaigns, ensure synthesis and restitution of results, and supervise downstream tests.
  • Lead and facilitate risk analyses (Analyses de Risques) with central product design teams and atelier quality référents; maintain and update risk analyses, repairability indices and alert levels within the PLM and project documentation.
  • Analyze usage test results and coordinate implementation of corrective and continuous‑improvement actions.
  • Manage customer quality alerts arising from client feedback and retail networks; drive associated corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement during series production and prepare periodic quality editorial content (AdR, network feedback, usage tests and key highlights).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university or equivalent (Bac+4 / Bac+5 level).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally between central teams and ateliers.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to prioritise and follow multiple milestones.
  • Proactive, rigorous, autonomous and comfortable taking initiative within a structured environment.
  • Proficient with standard office software and digital documentation practices.

PLM Microsoft Office Analyses de Risques (AdR)

Experience

Open to beginners; no prior professional experience required. Relevant academic coursework, internships or project work in product development, quality management or industrial processes is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master’s level degree (Bac+4/ Bac+5) in business, engineering, design or a related discipline.
