Role & Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement of physical and IT processing flows for returned Leather Goods and Accessories from the retail network.
- Analyse and optimise finished‑product in‑line and post‑production quality control flows.
- Refine and maintain quality management tools and guides, including root‑cause analysis methods.
- Map, define and rationalise redundant tasks between local quality contacts and quality coordinators to improve role clarity and efficiency.
- Streamline the annual master process for accessory masters and reference parts for the leather goods division.
- Optimise carrier return flows for non‑conforming items and improve storage organisation for returned network products within the local facility.
- Collaborate with site quality teams, corporate quality, and production ateliers to deploy cross‑site corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school (École d'Ingénieur) or equivalent program; specialisation in quality management desirable.
- Available for a 12‑ or 24‑month alternance (work‑study) placement starting September 2026.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Bi for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity and adaptability with excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional communication skills.
