Louis Vuitton – Quality Assurance Manager, Jewelry Production, Paris. Oversee quality control and multi-sourcing projects for luxury jewelry manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control of finished jewelry products across production sites and central warehouse facilities; identify deviations and non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and monitor implementation
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with production workshops; ensure alignment on quality standards and specifications
- Formalize quality control inspections within internal systems and communicate results to workshop partners
- Lead and refine the quality control strategy for jewelry production
- Identify, assess, and provide essential documentation for multi-sourcing projects including reference samples, technical specifications, and control procedures
- Support workshops on product specifications and technical requirements necessary to achieve required quality levels
- Conduct quality inspections at project milestones (J1, J2, pre-series, first production pieces) and create associated documentation and control procedures
- Guarantee compliance with quality specifications and ensure product homogeneity across all sources
Qualifications
- Technical qualification in jewelry, gemmology, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in jewelry production and/or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and production workflows
- Fluent written and oral proficiency in French and English
- Italian language skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams (Development, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain) and external suppliers

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in jewelry production and quality assurance, with demonstrated expertise in industrial quality control processes.
Education
Formal technical qualification in jewelry, gemmology, or an equivalent discipline.
