Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekly updates and communication of Supplier Control Reports.
  • Animate weekly indicator meetings and consolidate results with Statistical Site Controls.
  • Communicate monthly follow-ups of Control Reports to suppliers.
  • Manage the homologation and re-homologation of supplier laboratories.
  • Share key performance indicators within the Leather Division and with the Quality Management.
  • Participate in the homologation process for new strategic suppliers.
  • Animate monthly quality indicators based on network feedback via PowerBI.
  • Analyze usage test reviews and share insights with Leather Division developers to define action plans.
  • Propose tools to identify root causes and responsibilities for network feedback issues.
  • Ensure laboratory tests align with leather workability in workshops.
  • Propose new tests to secure material workability in workshops.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university at Bac+4/+5 level.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
  • Developed sensitivity to leather goods and quality.
  • Project management mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Curious, agile, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
