Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and animate weekly BPC KPIs for routine end‑of‑line controls (CCI/CCC); identify deviations and drive corrective actions.
- Restore and standardise end‑of‑line control stations and associated inspection tools to ensure compliance with the quality reference.
- Conduct workplace audits to verify adherence to production standards and implement remedial measures to bring stations up to standard.
- Design and deliver pedagogical supports and events to strengthen quality culture and align maroquiniers on measurable criteria.
- Lead a project to improve end‑of‑line BPC quality: redeploy control‑station standards, schedule regular audits, and coordinate weekly variance tracking with quality and production leads.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 programme (engineering, business school or equivalent).
- Available for a 1–2 year alternance contract beginning July 2026; on‑site at Issoudun‑Condé.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to federate cross‑functional production teams.
- High adaptability, intellectual curiosity and practical interest in manufacturing and artisanal processes.
- Capacity to analyse KPIs, run audits and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders.

Entry‑level; the position is suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required, though internships or academic projects in quality, production or manufacturing are advantageous.
