Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily workshop operations and operational tasks across the production workflow, ensuring adherence to defined procedures and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor work progression to meet quantity and quality targets; identify bottlenecks and promptly escalate equipment, material, or process discrepancies to the Supervisor.
- Assign tasks and define work procedures to optimise departmental throughput while maintaining product standards.
- Guarantee that all outputs conform to Louis Vuitton quality requirements through systematic checks and product assessment.
- Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives, conduct 5S audits, and propose process changes to enhance safety, organisation, and productivity.
- Maintain proactive communication with the Supervisor and other departments regarding operational issues and follow up on exceptions until resolved.
- Manage departmental workload to consistently meet deadlines and support broader safety, quality, and productivity programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in production, quality control, or product assessment—preferably with leather goods or textiles.
- Demonstrable competence in manual labour and handling of leather goods and/or textile products.
- Computer literate with the ability to document processes and communicate operational data effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact comfortably with upper management.
- High degree of integrity, composure under pressure, adaptability, and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Willingness to work the posted shift and overtime as required (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM).

Education
