Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain collection-level databases to feed Louis Vuitton China for CIQ validation and regulatory approval.
- Request and consolidate Excel order files from Merchandising by collection and produce collection-level tracking files (orders / nomenclature / materials).
- Extract material needs and composition data from Pdmi by collection and update follow-up trackers accordingly.
- Prepare and dispatch production samples/tirelles to China on a weekly cadence (1–3x/week depending on urgency); retrieve missing samples from suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare proforma documentation and submit DHI requests; monitor delivery priorities and weekly H/F delivery follow-ups with production.
- Monitor KPIs and Supply alert deadlines; identify products delivered without CIQ validation and coordinate remedial actions.
- Manage Anaplan block/unblock operations for urgent items and assist Louis Vuitton China with Anaplan unblocks and related data interventions.
- Process composition-related requests from China and Japan: manage KO composition cases and GB18401 non-compliance (alerts, controls, re‑labelling/re‑conformity), and coordinate provision of feather/wadding files for export.
- Maintain and update order references and nomenclature per Merchandising requests (table updates, retrieval of samples), and implement knit/sample composition tables for the women's department.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects across quality, composition and cross‑border validations according to business needs.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in an engineering school or equivalent university program actively seeking an apprenticeship (alternance).
- Strong interest and sensitivity to fashion and luxury, with a specific curiosity for Ready‑to‑Wear product development.
- Rigorous, analytical, reactive and comfortable working to collection-driven deadlines.
- Capability to act as a polyvalent coordinator across internal teams and external suppliers.

Experience
Beginner — candidate must be a current student (engineering school or equivalent) seeking a one‑year apprenticeship; prior internships or exposure to product development, quality or supply processes are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent university degree program (bachelor/master level).
