Louis Vuitton Services Europe seeks a Quality and Client Experience Intern in Brussels for a six-month role supporting service excellence across EMEA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Department in key initiatives to improve service quality and operational excellence across Louis Vuitton Client Services Europe
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of client feedback data to extract actionable insights and detect emerging trends
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly quality reports using Excel and Power BI
- Assist in the design and maintenance of dashboards, visualizations, and performance monitoring tools
- Identify inefficiencies and operational pain points; propose improvements and support their implementation
- Help improve and maintain quality standards, guidelines, and documentation including training materials and SharePoint pages
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality expectations and share best practices across departments
- Support quality-related audits, follow-up actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the promotion of quality culture by sharing impactful insights, success stories, and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Valid internship agreement provided by your university
- Availability for a six-month internship period
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint
- Fluent English; German language skills a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Service-oriented mindset with collaborative team approach
