Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Department in initiatives to raise service quality and operational excellence across Louis Vuitton Client Services Europe (CSC Europe).
  • Analyse client feedback and interaction data to extract actionable insights, detect trends and identify pain points.
  • Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly quality reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Design, maintain and enhance dashboards, visualisations and performance monitoring tools to track KPIs.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, propose pragmatic improvements and support implementation of change.
  • Maintain and improve quality standards, guidelines and documentation (training decks, SharePoint pages).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality expectations and disseminate best practices.
  • Support quality audits, follow-up actions and continuous improvement loops.
  • Contribute to promoting a quality-driven culture by sharing insights, success stories and benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, data analytics, quality management); internship agreement from university mandatory.
  • Availability for a six-month internship and ability to work on-site in Brussels.
  • Strong command of English; German is an advantage.
  • Highly analytical, curious and detail-oriented with an appetite for making sense of complex data.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude, comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing improvements.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
