Louis Vuitton Quality & Care Service Assistant apprenticeship in Cergy, France starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to quality reports submitted by stores across the EMEA region
- Monitor in-store and remote service delivery to ensure exceptional customer care standards
- Develop and update operational tools and resources for retail locations
- Propose improvements to store processes and retail quality workflows
- Support the Quality and Care Service Manager and broader team across assigned initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with store networks, EMEA quality correspondents, and retail performance teams across the region
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering program with focus on continuous improvement, product quality, or related discipline
- Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, and strong interpersonal and responsiveness skills
- Retail experience or evident sensitivity to customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent English proficiency
