Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure integrity of purchasing data for new product projects: codification, supplier assignment and price entry into dedicated information systems.
- Integrate purchasing and logistics data into internal systems and maintain accurate master data.
- Develop and operate the weekly 'Nouveautés' reporting dashboard; coordinate related weekly performance actions.
- Centralise and manage product development schedules; monitor timelines, capacity and escalate alerts when necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect, verify and compile development data and placement sheets; ensure information dissemination and optimisation of tracking tools.
- Manage project‑specific purchases for selected women's product activations.
- Contribute to strategic topics including a Business Continuity Plan for the permanent perimeter and the replacement of goat linings with calf leather linings.
- Support the Maison's environmental and diversity commitments in day‑to‑day activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or equivalent degree program.
- Fluent in English (required); Italian is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Excel VBA and Power BI.
- Strong analytical curiosity, agility and rigorous attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to raw materials purchasing or an industrial environment is a plus.
