Louis Vuitton is seeking a Purchasing Data and Performance Assistant intern in its Leather Goods Materials Purchasing department to map and improve Power BI reporting, strengthen data reliability, and support purchasing performance teams. The role is a full-time internship in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inventory priority Power BI dashboards.
- Identify dashboard uses, data sources, and calculation rules.
- Identify duplicate reports, inconsistencies, and points requiring attention.
- Extract and consolidate data from information systems and ERP systems.
- Contribute to variance analysis and anomaly identification.
- Help improve the quality and maintenance of reference data.
- Help optimize and simplify existing dashboards.
- Improve the clarity, performance, and usability of reports.
- Produce clear, actionable analyses for teams.
- Document data sources, management rules, and calculation logic.
- Write clear documentation to facilitate tool use and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent, with a specialization in industrial supply chain, data, industrial performance, production management, or a related field.
- Good command of Power BI, Excel, and data-structuring principles.
- A first experience in reporting or working with an ERP is an advantage.
- Rigor, organizational skills, and confidence in data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Autonomy and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
