Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity and reliability of purchasing data for new product projects, including coding, supplier assignment and price entry.
- Integrate purchasing and logistics data into the dedicated information systems and maintain data quality across platforms.
- Design, implement and animate the weekly "Nouveautés" reporting dashboard and coordinate weekly performance actions.
- Centralise and pilot product development schedules; monitor timelines, manage capacity and escalate planning alerts when necessary.
- Manage supplier relationships for data collection and follow-up; ensure timely distribution of placement sheets and optimise existing tracking tools.
- Handle project-specific procurement tasks for certain womenswear activations and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth studies on core topics such as Business Continuity Planning and lead the transition of linings from goat to calf leather.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or an equivalent higher education programme.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Italian language skills are an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel VBA and Power BI.
- Strong analytical curiosity, adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in raw-material purchasing or within an industrial/manufacturing environment is a plus.

Enrolled in a business, engineering or equivalent higher-education programme (Bachelor's or Master's level).
