Louis Vuitton — Paris: Purchasing & Development Support Assistant (Props) apprenticeship starting Sept 2026. Hybrid role supporting procurement and marketplace operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product and supplier certification records (environmental, quality and compliance documentation); centralise and organise compliance files.
- Support the internal marketplace by verifying product and reference data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
- Provide administrative assistance on procurement projects: collect information, prepare dossiers and coordinate documentary and logistical elements related to orders.
- Contribute to the rollout and adoption of the new order management software: monitor usage, report anomalies and assist end users with onboarding.
- Perform day-to-day operational administrative tasks to support the purchases & development team for presentation props.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an apprenticeship-compatible higher-education programme (BTS/DUT, Bachelor or Master) in procurement, supply chain, business administration or a related discipline.
- First professional experience in administrative support, preferably within procurement, project coordination or the luxury sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks and manage details rigorously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable using information systems; aptitude for learning new order-management software.
