The Public Relations Intern supports Louis Vuitton’s PR team with administrative and organizational activities and monitors processes and orders. The role is a full-time internship in Milan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the showroom, liaising with media outlets to arrange photo-shoot appointments and arranging the movement of showroom products across Italy as needed.
- Monitor inventory weekly and monthly, add new products, and remove items that are no longer available.
- Handle requests from the Paris head office concerning press reviews for specific periods, magazine covers and product categories, and product distribution across Italy.
- Analyze editorial coverage, including the number of pages published in different magazines, and calculate publication costs.
- Support event organization by preparing guest and client lists and arranging journalists’ and guests’ travel and accommodation.
- Handle invoicing activities.
- Support the PR team with administrative and organizational activities and process and order monitoring.
