Role & Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and returns of fashion samples destined for press coverage
• Oversee press showroom operations and maintain accurate showroom records
• Prepare press documentation, conduct clippings analysis, and track media coverage and impact
• Provide administrative and logistical support for international fashion presentations and press days
• Coordinate with the communications department at headquarters, marketing teams, international communications departments, external vendors, and journalist contacts

Qualifications

• Passion for communications and public relations in the luxury or fashion sector
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborative mindset with capacity for autonomous task execution
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication abilities

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in public relations, luxury brands, or fashion is advantageous but not required; entry-level candidates with a strong foundational understanding of communications are encouraged to apply.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in communications, public relations, fashion studies, journalism, or a related discipline.
