Louis Vuitton seeks a Proxy Product Owner — Store Traceability Solutions in Paris to lead RFID, DPP and blockchain retail projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic retail traceability programmes (RFID operations, inventory and item localisation), Digital Product Passport (DPP) initiatives and blockchain projects from scoping through deployment and run.
  • Collect, analyse and prioritise business requirements in close collaboration with retail teams worldwide.
  • Translate functional needs into clear technical specifications with IT teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate test plans, oversee deployments and monitor solution performance post‑go‑live.
  • Map and manage information system flows and interconnections to ensure end‑to‑end traceability.
  • Work closely with engineering, development, QA, RFID suppliers, integrators and data teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, steering committees and cross‑functional meetings; communicate complex topics clearly to non‑technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school or university equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years’ professional experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Product Owner — ideally within retail technology or luxury goods.
  • Proven understanding of blockchain concepts and experience in complex IT ecosystems.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and hands‑on experience with RFID and NFC solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills; able to engage senior and non‑technical audiences.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • Affinity for the luxury sector and its standards of excellence, rigor and attention to detail.

Experience
