Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Proxy Product Owner to lead the Search, SEO & GEO squad within the LV_NEO digital transformation division. This role shapes the search experience for millions of customers worldwide, overseeing product strategy, technical delivery, and the deployment of generative AI commerce solutions across the global e-commerce ecosystem. The successful candidate will bridge technical and business stakeholders to drive omnichannel excellence and innovation across discovery platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Shape the search experience by translating business requirements into technical solutions across Search, SEO, and GEO domains, including indexation, ranking, semantic search, organic visibility, and generative search capabilities
  • Manage the product backlog by prioritising initiatives based on value, risk, and technical dependencies, while accounting for architectural, security, and performance constraints
  • Orchestrate squad delivery through PI planning, technical-functional breakdown, sprint management, user acceptance testing, deployment oversight, and technical debt management
  • Deploy generative AI at scale by identifying, prioritising, and implementing AI-driven and agentic commerce use cases that enhance product discovery while anticipating impact on customer journeys
  • Arbitrate and document decisions on search, SEO, and GEO technology choices, ensuring alignment with the Maison's broader digital ecosystem
  • Federate stakeholder ecosystems around a unified roadmap spanning technical architecture, business operations, and retail channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with significant expertise in Search and SEO in e-commerce or digital environments
  • Solid technical competency in SEO, including Core Web Vitals, structured data, classical and AI-powered crawling and indexation, and understanding of headless e-commerce architecture
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, data flows, integrations, and API ecosystems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to communicate fluently with both technical teams (architecture, security, performance) and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership, decisive decision-making capability, adaptability, and strong analytical mindset
  • Fluency in English and French (oral and written)
  • Genuine affinity for luxury sectors, with commitment to excellence, rigour, attention to detail, and creative thinking
