Louis Vuitton seeks Proxy Product Owner for Retail Traceability Solutions in Paris. Lead RFID, blockchain, and omnichannel innovations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic retail traceability projects encompassing RFID operations, inventory management, localisation, and Digital Product Passport (DPP) implementation
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements in collaboration with worldwide retail teams
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications in partnership with IT and external vendors
- Oversee testing phases, system deployment, and performance monitoring of new traceability solutions
- Understand and coordinate information systems flows and interdependencies across the organisation
- Collaborate closely with technical teams including engineers, developers, QA, RFID suppliers, integrators, and data specialists
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees with clear, pedagogical communication adapted to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in complex IT environments
- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and complex IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritisation methodologies
- Expert knowledge of RFID and NFC solutions
- Fluent English and French, spoken and written
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury brand values: excellence, rigour, attention to detail, and creativity

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, ideally in complex IT or technology-driven retail environments. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of managing strategic technology initiatives and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Education
